Running Third Party Applications: * Since the jWin700 runs the WinCE 6.0 R3 Operating System, so any application or software supported by WinCE 6.0 will be able to install or directly run on the jWin700 device. Users can download from the internet many software or applications targeting the WinCE OS.

Customization: * The jWin700 can also be customized to run a special UI (User Interface) tailored for the client. This can be done by the client or the end user also. However, JoinTech will offer support for this only to special clients. Please contact JoinTech for the details.

Firmware Upgrades : * The core firmware of jWin700 can be upgraded. But support for that is limited to special clients only. Please contact JoinTech for further details.

Software Upgrades: * The software of jWin700 can be upgraded. Simply connect the device with a PC using the USB cable. If the drivers are properly installed, then the upgraded software (from JoinTech) can simply be copied in the respective folder of the WinCE or MobileDevice section.
